Owner, Head Coach, and founder of Roc Solid Athlete Specific and Fitness Training in Edmond, Oklahoma — serving athletes and adults across the OKC metro.

The Coach Behind the Mission

Ben Birmingham, is a loving husband, father and founder of Roc Solid who has a passion for sports specific & fitness training. One of his many athletic achievements includes being named Lone Star All-Conference Running Back at the University of Central Oklahoma (2007) Ben is a certified USAW Coach who holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration from East Central University. Ben has been a sports specific & fitness coach for 16 years, with experience training individuals at every level. Including athletes from grade school, junior high and high school. As well as professional athletes.

Roc Solid sits on a firm foundation, where we will cultivate a diverse atmosphere where lasting friendships can be built between members. Our brand is a vessel of love, grace and truth; not just another brand. It is a tool that can be proactively put to practice by anyone that desires a transformation physically and mentally.
We will seek to perfect this safe, energetic environment, where everyone feels accepted. We are here to coach you to another realm. Encouraging you to speak to the mountain to "workout" your faith until it's removed. We do not guarantee that it will be an easy journey. But we do guarantee to stand with you until the task is conquered.
Why I Coach
I remember the kid who showed up with no confidence — head down, shoulders slumped, convinced they weren't athletic enough. Six months later, that same kid walked into the gym like they owned the room. Not because of the weight on the bar, but because they proved to themselves they could do hard things.
I've watched adults walk in defeated — out of shape, out of energy, feeling like they've lost themselves. And I've watched them stand taller, sleep better, show up for their families differently. That's why I coach.
Training isn't just about muscle. It's about discipline, confidence, character, consistency, and service. Those values are what I build my programs on — and what I hope every person who walks through these doors carries with them long after they leave.
